a bit about me:
HI, IM JENNY
I have been working as a Sales Officer in a retail establishment for 12 years, 6 months as a Finance Officer in the Fremont Food Corporation handling cash and check payments, balancing cash drawers against receipts, and less than 3 months in the BPO handling chat and emails. I'm not exposed to the BPO jobs but my years of experience help me to build confidence, taught me the importance of customer loyalty, and how to managed day to day stress.
I believe that good Customer Service is very important
if you want to retain customers and grow your business. I work well in teams and can also be trusted in an independent task given with minimal supervision.
